DeiblerCPA started in August 2021. 

With physical offices in Virginia Beach and Newport News, the firm supports hundreds of clients who work and live all over the world. 

Our clients include complex manufacturing firms, family businesses, property owners, service professionals, business owners, and high net worth individuals. We pride ourselves in developing long term relationships and building a tax strategy that supports your individual needs.

Brian E. Deibler, CPA

Brian is the Chief Executive Officer and Owner of Deibler, PC dba Deibler CPA. He has a B.S. in Accounting Information Systems from Radford University. 

Brian has 20+ years of experience in public and private accounting. His career started at McLeod & Company in Roanoke, Virginia. He spent time at Garris & Company in Charlottesville, and then returned to Hampton Roads, where he was born and raised. He was Controller of Bluewater Yacht Sales in Hampton, Virginia before returning to public accounting at Malvin Riggins & Company, where he quickly moved from Senior Tax Associate to Partner. 

In 2021, Brian took the leap to start his own practice.

He is an award-winning CPA and was honored as a 

Top CPA Under 35 in 2015 by the Virginia Society of Certified Public Accountants. 

Brian is a professional member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, a member of the Virginia Society of CPAs and the Tidewater Chapter of the Virginia Society of CPAs. 

Brian is a Rotarian and Paul Harris Fellow. He is the past president and current member of the Warwick at City Center Rotary Club in Newport News, Virginia. He currently serves as a trustee of the Warwick Rotary Foundation. 

Brian is passionate about helping people and listening to their concerns. After years as a manager and partner at regional CPA firms in Roanoke, Charlottesville and Hampton Roads, Brian focuses on his clients and their needs with a tight-knit, service-oriented team. 

Whitney C. Morgan, CPA

Whitney is a shareholder, Vice President, and the Tax Manager at Deibler CPA. She leads our Virginia Beach office.

Whitney has worked in corporate and public accounting since receiving her degree in accountancy and management from the University of West Florida in 2016. She is a professional member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Virginia Society of CPAs, and the Tidewater Chapter of the Virginia Society of CPAs.

Whitney has a thirst for the complexities of public accounting. She was a vital part of the team as a senior accountant at her previous firm. Whitney is focused on firm processes, complex tax needs, and building her book of business. 

Roxana Del Cid

Roxana joined Deibler CPA in January 2024. Roxana graduated from Catholic University in 2015 with a degree in Business Management.

Roxana has a background in Management, bookkeeping, payroll, and tax preparation. She is fluent in English and Spanish. 

Roxana works at our Virginia Beach office.

Brittany Skeens

Brittany joined Deibler CPA in July 2023. She focuses on professional bookkeeping services, client relationship management, and firm process development. Brittany and Brian worked together at another regional CPA firm prior to her joining DeiblerCPA.

Brittany is the Treasurer for the Deer Park Elementary PTA and a local Girl Scout Troop. She supports our firm's non-profit work, as well as all of our bookkeeping clients.
